Temporary

Assignments can be as short as one day, or over a year. The temporary worker is an Alevistar Group employee, and we handle all payroll liabilities and responsibilities. The employee is paid on an hourly basis and receives their paycheck from us. The client is invoiced weekly.


Temporary to Hire

During any temporary staffing assignment, the client has the opportunity to hire the worker onto their payroll for a separation fee. This fee varies on the amount of hours worked, and after a certain amount of hours, there may not be a separation fee required.


Direct Hire - (Contingency Search)

Alevistar Group conducts an extensive search of qualified candidates. Client interviews and hires candidates, who then are directly on the client's payroll. Alevistar Group's fee for a Direct Hire placement is based on a candidate's 1st year base salary, and include a guarantee period


Executive Search - (Retained)

The Client company retains Alevistar Group to fill a specific management or executive opening. Alevistar Group will assign a dedicated search team to the client company. We do a thorough search of the entire industry to expand your hiring options. We find truly top caliber candidates. We will pursue individuals, who may not be actively looking, or who may be unaware of the opportunity you offer, candidates, for confidentiality reasons, are reluctant to contact you directly, or individuals you may feel you cannot approach. Alevistar Group's fee is paid in installments over the first 90 days of the search, and includes a guarantee period.


Consulting

From time to time, Alevistar Group's Partner's and Directors are asked to assist clients in a wide range of Human Resource areas. Consulting fees are based on the requirements and length of each project.


Payroll Services

Many companies have turned to staffing firms such as Alevistar Group to assist with short term payroll processing. The client screens and supplies the selected individual. Alevistar Group hires the candidate and assigns him/her to the client, keeping unemployment and workers compensation exposure away from the client.


Executive Testing and Assesment

Alevistar Group can have your executive level candidate thoroughly tested and assessed. All of our testing and assessment services are conducted in partnership with one of the finest Management psychology firms in the area. Our options include an extensive battery of standardized and individually administered tests and interviews conducted by a staff of licensed Psychologists, or a mail-in battery of tests administered at our office, and then sent to the testing center for scoring, evaluation, and telephone feedback.


Outplacement Services

Alevistar Group's outplacement services can help employees transition into their job search and ultimately into their next career opportunity. Our consultants will custom tailor outplacement services to the candidates needs in career assessment, job search counseling or skill marketing
