Welcome to Alevistar Group, LLC. We value our employees and make every effort to become successful partners with each individual.
To ensure that your experience as a temporary employee is successful for both you and our clients, please remember the following: - Know the exact time and place of your assignment
- Be punctual (allow extra time the first day)
- Be pleasant and enthusiastic
- Do not make or receive personal calls at the job
It is crucial that you get in touch with us if you have any questions or problems concerning the assignment. Each time you work for us, whether for a day, a week, or longer, you represent Alevistar Group, and your job performance may influence the assignments you receive in the future.
In the event of any emergency that may cause you to be late or unable to report to work, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 610-617-7800 so we may notify the client. There is no excuse for not notifying us of an absence or lateness issue. Be sure to leave your full name and telephone number in case we need to respond to your message.
Excessive lateness and absences are not acceptable and may cause your employment with Alevistar Group to be terminated.
Once you have accepted an assignment, you are expected to complete it.

Dress Code: You are required to dress appropriately for each job assignment. The standard dress code for Alevistar Group employees is professional business attire. For women, this would include a suit or dress pants and blouse, for example, and for men, a suit or tailored slacks and dress shirt. Once you have started an assignment, you may alter your attire if the company's full time employees are not required to dress in business clothing. Many companies have adopted a casual dress policy for Fridays or other days. Where this is the case, you should dress accordingly.

Payroll Procedures: When we call you for an assignment, we will inform you of your rate of pay. Pay rates may differ depending on the needs of the clients and your skill level. Any questions that you have regarding the rate of pay should be discussed with your Alevistar Group representative, not with the company. All hours worked must be recorded on a time card each day. Fill in the time you arrive, the time that you leave, and how much time you take for lunch. Round off to the nearest quarter hour. At the end of each assignment, or at the end of the week, have the time card signed by the supervisor. If you do not have a time card with you, we will gladly mail or fax one to you.
Once your time card is completed and signed, fax it to us at 610-672-9641. It is your responsibility to make your sure your timecard is faxed by Monday afternoon at the latest.
Please get in touch with us when you are finishing an assignment. Although every effort is made to keep you working, we cannot guarantee that a job will be available immediately when your assignment is over.

We look forward to working with you and hope our association will be a rewarding one.
